Our R & D is equipped with 3D Solid Modeling Software like Pro-E & UG. To support this we have Makino Make High Speed Vertical Machining Centre for inhouse manufacturing of dies. This software create tool path generation for CNC machining for toolings. This process ensures very fast and first time right tooling.

We also have Simulation Software that extrapolates possible castings defects in design stage. It also suggests remedies to remove such defects. This process ensures defects free castings first time.
